Construction:

Made from Highly Electrical resistant Elastomers, free from any insertions (includes rubbers, latex and Elastomeric compound that may be natural or synthetic or a mixture or a combination of both)

Surface: Upper surface of the mat is having small anti-skid aberration marks (rough surface, without edges) to avoid slippery effects and lower surface is plain.

Dimensions: Sizes are 1mtr x 2mtr or long length and thickness as per classification & designation

Working Temp: -10 to 55°C

Product Details:

We offer premium quality rubber mat (As per IS 5424:1969) for electrical purpose. Electrical Rubber Mat is highly recommended for the safety of the workmen against the electrical hazards. These Electrical Rubber Mats are highly economical and suitable for general use also. However, we recommend use of Insulated Rubber Mats as per latest Indian Standard i.e IS 15652:2006 for electrical insulation.

The material used in our insulating rubber mat are made out of natural rubber having good electrical resistance and mechanical properties. They are available from 6mm to 25mm thickness in standard size of 1M x 2M with Checkered Design.

Product Details:

We deliver rubber insulating mattings that are designed according to the ASTM-D-178 Standard. This standard is set by the American Society for Testing and Materials. The ASTM-D-178 Standard endorses a thickness of 3.2mm to 12.7mm for these particular mattings. It depends upon the smooth lower surface with the usage/working voltage resistance & antiskid textured surface on the top. Such safety rubber mattings (Type-1 Grade) are moisture, water & leakage proof that guarantee a long functional (work) life. A Type-2 Grade Insulating Mat contains certain additional properties such as Flame & Ozone resistance.
